RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because each personalized or engraved Locketi piece is made especially for you, these items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged once created. This allows us to craft your piece exactly to your specifications and keep production times fast.
That said, your purchase is always protected. If your item arrives damaged or if there is any manufacturing issue, it is fully covered under our two-year warranty, and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
We understand that plans can change, and you may cancel your order for a full refund up until 15:00 (GMT+3) on the day of purchase. After this time, our artisans begin crafting your personalised piece, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. However, if you have missed the 15:00 deadline, please contact us as soon as possible at info@locketi.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. Once production is under way, no further adjustments can be made.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
While we take the utmost care to ensure your jewellery meets the highest standards, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we’re here to make it right.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item or packaging arrives damaged, please contact us at info@locketi.com within 7 days. Include clear photos of both the item and the outer packaging, as well as proof of the purchase.
Our team will carefully review your claim and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement at our discretion. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every piece you receive to be as perfect as you imagined.
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
For customers in the European Union (EU): all taxes and duties are included in the price you pay — you will not incur any additional import fees upon delivery.
For customers in the United Kingdom (UK):
Orders under £135 (including shipping) are typically exempt from additional import charges, as UK VAT is collected at the time of purchase.
However, orders over £135 may be subject to import VAT and potentially other customs fees upon arrival, depending on how UK customs process the parcel. These charges are assessed by HMRC and are the responsibility of the recipient.
